TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

Suspension training, is a form of resistance training that includes body weight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing, strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously. Suspension training develops physical strength while using functional movements and dynamic positions.
This session is 30 minutes.

Take the best from Crossfit & Strongman training. Varied functional workouts performed to push you to your maximum potential. The class utilises equipment like Sand Bags, Tractor Tyres, kegs, kettlebells, battling ropes, Olympic Lifts and much more! "Tough Enough" Cross-Training is a fun and functional class that will improve your strength, endurance and agility . This class will get you into shape for any challenge!
TABATA HIIT TRAINING
Tuesdays 6:30PM
High-intensity Interval Training using either bodyweight or equipment. The only thing that never changes are the timings.
20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
A 30 minute workout that'll fire up your metabolism and keep your body in great shape.

Life can be stressful, and finding healthy ways to better manage stress can be game changing. Many people have been discovering hot and cold contrast therapy, a practice where you challenge your body (and mind) to do something that it doesn’t normally do. It’s not easy to go willingly into a cold body of water right after being in a really hot space. But by doing so, you become more resilient to stress in your world.
Sessions will include movement and Breathwork followed by alternating sessions in the Sauna & Ice Bath before a nature movement based warm up.
